Huskies turn attention to rematch with Blades after loss to Navigators

first_imgThe Huskies opened the scoring in the first period as John Apsassin found the back of the net midway through the frame.In the second period a disastrous 1:44 struck Fort St. John five minutes into the frame. The Navigators scored three unanswered goals to take a quick 3-1 lead. The Huskies battled back however as they closed the gap to one with a powerplay goal, but 31 seconds after that Peace River restored their two goal lead. In the final minute of the second period the Huskies again closed the gap to one entering the third.The Navigators scored twice in the opening 4:42 of the final frame.
