Funded by players of the People’s Postcode Lottery, the programme is open to causes across Scotland, England and Wales. Organisations can apply for grants of up to £10,000.All community groups are invited to apply for funding, including registered charities, sports clubs and voluntary organisations, amongst others. All registered charities are invited to apply for up to £10,000 (£5,000 in Wales); non-registered good causes can apply for up to £2,000.People’s Postcode Trust’s manager, Clara Govier, said: “In such a challenging economic climate, the funding is a fantastic opportunity for so many good causes. No organisation is too big or too small, and over the years we have seen how just £500 can make the world of difference to an organisation.”Organisations can benefit from a grant even if they’re received one before.
